The Place
The beans that compose Brigantium Blend come from three distinct and biodiverse coffee landscapes: the highland estates managed by Unicafec in Peru, the fertile organic farms under Coop. Sagrada Familia in Nicaragua, and the verdant high‑altitude slopes served via EZA’s partner BCU (Bugishu Coop.Uganda) in Uganda.
The Process
Every lot in Brigantium Blend is cultivated under organic standards. The Peruvian beans are grown and harvested under careful ecological practices to preserve soil health and bean quality. The Nicaraguan component from Coop. Sagrada Familia is processed to highlight balanced flavour and cleanliness, respecting bio‑certification protocols. The Ugandan Bugisu A — sourced through EZA’s supply chain — comes from farms applying sustainable agriculture, selecting ripe cherries, and using washed or washed‑derived processing suitable to local conditions. Each origin’s processing respects the nature of its terroir and variety: this ensures that when blended, the beans deliver clarity, sweetness, acidity and body in balanced proportions.
The People
Brigantium Blend is the result of collaboration between ethical producer groups and importers committed to organic farming and fair trade values. Unicafec, Coop. Sagrada Familia, and EZA each support smallholder families and farms, providing agronomic guidance, fair compensation and market access. Through this network, value remains with the growers and sustainable farming practices are encouraged. The blend reflects their shared dedication: every bean carries the care, respect for origin, and ecological responsibility of its producer community.

Expect a full bodied profile with gentle sweetness and notes of cocoa and nuts. 🍪🍫🌰 The Peruvian beans contribute subtle citrus brightness and dark chocolate note, the Nicaraguan lot brings soft chocolatey warmth and roundness, while the Ugandan component adds berries notes.
