WHAT'S AN ITALIAN DOING IN THE BREGENZERWALD?

is it the crisp air, the tranquillity of the mountains, the stillness of the forest, or the vibrant green of the meadows? For me, it’s all of these things combined. I relish everything the forest offers, whether I’m on my road bike or in my hiking boots.

Yet, what I treasure most are the people who live here, because we share core values: a deep appreciation for high-quality natural products, respect for expert craftsmanship, and a careful balance between regional traditions and innovation.

These principles are infused into every packet of coffee that leaves the small Trevo Coffee Roastery—without exception.

Transparency

  • we carefully select our raw materials.
A high-quality cup of coffee is the result of many people doing exceptional work. This passion must be respected and rewarded through fair conditions.
It is important to us that sustainable farming is practised on the plantations!

Fresh Roast

  • Only the freshest green beans from the latest harvest make it into our drum roaster.
Not all coffee is the same, which is why we develop a tailored roasting profile for each coffee variety. This ensures every bean can reach its full flavour potential.

Real Taste

  • Through the roasting process, each coffee can shine in all its glory, enchanting us with every sip, bringing to life the colours, tones, people, and culture of the country from which the coffee (Single Origin) originates.

LA VITA E' UN VIAGGIO..

My journey into the fascinating world of coffee began at an early age—long before I even knew the taste of Arabica or Robusta.
As a child, my father introduced me to the secrets behind a cup of espresso, sparking a passion that has stayed with me ever since.
Over the years, I've had the chance to travel and explore the vibrant countries where coffee plants grow, meeting the hardworking farmers who cultivate and harvest the beans. I've also connected with passionate roasters who master the craft of aromas, and I’ve made many barista-friends, always searching for the perfect brewing method.

I’ve been working professionally with coffee since 2009, still driven by curiosity and a hunger for knowledge, I became a Licensed Q-Arabica Grader and an SCA-certified Trainer in barista and roasting in 2019.
To stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies, I actively participate in competitions, whether as a competitor, judge, or coach. By running the TREVO Coffee Roastery my mission is daily promoting the Specialty Coffees in Vorarlberg.

A cup of coffee means so much more than just caffeine...
