Do you want to master the art of how to make great coffee?
The SCA exam fee is not included (€ 100) and must be paid in order to attend the exam for the International Barista Intermediate Certificate.
The SCA Barista Professional course completes the knowledge for all those who want to perfect all the essential aspects of a barista!
The 3-day training course, with an exam on the fourth day, delves deeper into perfect extraction by calculating the optimum extraction level.
A main topic of this course is coffee’s flavours, mastering brew recipes, water filtration and treatment methods, workplace management, customer service, complaint management and staff management.
