The Mozzafiato uses E61 brewheads with a heat-exchange insulated boiler, forming a seamlessly clean design ethos, supported by its drip tray-masked PID controller and mirrored shot timer.
Home baristas can easily reproduce cafe quality shots consistently with options like pre-infusion built in and the reliability and functionality of the steam wand. Heat management has also been made equally autonomous by way of electronic PID controller.
